Information on data collection in accordance with Article 13 GDPR

Schuelbe Promotion GmbH, Mühllach 6, 90552 Röthenbach, represented by Managing Director Andreas Schülbe, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process personal data that is collected when you visit our web shops in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Your data will only be collected for the purpose of executing the contract and to fulfill contractual and pre-contractual obligations.

The data collection and data processing is necessary for the implementation of the contract and is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1b) GDPR. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their processing.
