Information on data collection in accordance with Article 13 GDPR
Schuelbe Promotion GmbH, Mühllach 6, 90552 Röthenbach, represented by Managing Director Andreas Schülbe, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process personal data that is collected when you visit our web shops in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Your data will only be collected for the purpose of executing the contract and to fulfill contractual and pre-contractual obligations.
The data collection and data processing is necessary for the implementation of the contract and is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1b) GDPR. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their processing.
Below we explain what data we collect during your visit to our web shop and how exactly it is used:
General security measures
We use technical and organizational security measures to protect data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Traffic data
When you visit our web shops, our web servers temporarily save every access in a log file. The following data is recorded and stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Amount of data transferred
- Report whether the retrieval was successful
- Identification data of the browser and operating system used
- Website from which access is made
Processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are specific indications of illegal use.
Cookies
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Traffic encryption
